Thank you for shopping with Hewno! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted solid wood furniture and rustic decor safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
- Free Shipping: We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States.
- Exclusions: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, or any other non-contiguous U.S. territories.
- Restricted Addresses: Due to the size and nature of our solid wood products, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). A valid physical street address is required for all orders.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time and the transit time. Our system automatically selects the most appropriate shipping method (Air or Sea Freight) based on the product's size, weight, and optimal delivery routing.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our tracking page to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
No hidden fees for our customers. We proudly cover all applicable sales taxes and fees. The product prices displayed on Hewno.com are final. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
5. Address Modifications & Delivery Issues
- Changing Your Address: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@hewno.com or via our Live Chat, providing your name and Order Number. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
- Address Errors: Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Hewno is not responsible for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or additional shipping costs (including return-to-sender fees) caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any costs incurred due to inaccurate address details.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected carrier delays or weather disruptions can occasionally occur. If your total delivery time has exceeded the estimates provided above, please reach out to us at service@hewno.com. Our team will immediately investigate the delay with the carrier on your behalf.
